Lovely apartment in villa by the sea

Nice apartment on the ground level in a villa 150 yards from small harbor and beach (access to members beach included in rent). The bedroom has two single beds. There is a cot in the closet which can be setup in the livingroom. There is also a spare mattress that can be bedded on the floor for a forth guest. The apartment has a private terrace. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the beach front (150 yards away) is mainly grass good for picknicks. The apartment is 70 square meters and fully furnished with kitchenware. Besides the apartment you are free to use the terrace and the front yard. Me and my wife Marie are located on the second floor and we will be happy to help you with any questions or tips you might need. I am fluent in Swedish and English. I am 58 years old and love people and travel. The floors are separated by concrete so you don't have to worry about noise. All the neighbors are very friendly, and the apartment is a two-minute walk from the sea. You can enjoy walking, bicycling or jogging along the coastline and archipelago. There is public transportation (busses) only a two min walk from the apartment. Public transport is about 30 min. to Gothenburg center, 10 min. by car and 30 min on a bike. We will be happy to assist you regarding getting around. There is a grocery store 2 min away by car and several pizzarias. Bus station is a 3 min. walk which can take you into the city center.
