Apartment at Blocksberg - Quiet central location

The location of our apartment is very calm but also central. Nearly everything is within walking distance. It has 2 sleeping rooms and a living room with a small kitchen and a large bathroom. Up to four persons can be hosted. For electrically powered cars we offer charging facilities on our property. For lodging in Schleswig-Holstein, the 2G+ rule regarding Covid-19 will apply from Dec. 15, 2021: vaccinated, recovered and additionally tested negative. Our three-room apartment in a quiet but central location with excellent transport links can Fjord, University Hospital and the inner city of Kiel reached within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It is a non-smokers apartment. Pets not allowed. The apartment has a separate ground floor entrance and is situated above the "Kleinen Kiel"(a Little Lake) between downtown and the University Hospital. It consists of two bedrooms, a small kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a hallway. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed 160cm x 200cm. The second bedroom has two separate beds, i.e. one bed with 120cm x 200cm and one bed with 100cm x 200 cm. The kitchen has a small kitchen with ceramic hob and a small 3-star refrigerator. The living area is equipped with parquet flooring, bathroom tiles. TV can be viewed from the upholstered leather chairs, but there is no couch in the apartment. Before the entrance there is a terrace facing due east. Free internet access via wifi. Attention: he price for two persons is based on the usage of one bedroom of choice. If the second bedroom is needed with a 2 persons booking additional 10.- EUR per night have to be paid. The apartment has only 2 sleeping rooms. Therefore, it is not suitable for travel groups that need 3 sleeping rooms. The outside area around our house is under video surveillance. Free internet access via wifi. Parking is available by arrangement in our driveway. The apartment is a separate part in our home with separate entrance. Kiel bay, shopping centers, opera, theater, museums, cinemas, discos and university hospital all within walking distance. Train station Kiel ca. 1.5 km distance (taxi price ca. 6-7 Euro). Various bus stops within ca. 200-300 m walking distance. Landing stage for bay ships within ca. 500 m distance. There is no sofa in our apartment. For guests who wish to have a sofa, we suggest not to book our apartment. The price for two persons is based on the usage of one bedroom of choice.
