Old Edam Haven

In the midst of the lovely 17th Century Old Town, Old Edam Haven is a small but perfect holiday home for romantic couples or anybody wanting to take a rest. There is a private entrance and you have your own patio with pond as well! Dogs welcome. If you don't want to go out, you can cook, bake or heat up your meal in the kitchenette. Petra, a professional chef, has put some of her homemade pastries (savory and sweet) as a welcoming present in your freezer. Everything you need is there in a compact space with total privacy. You have your own private space and access not shared by us in any way. Parking is in general not too difficult. Basically we are very discreet but if we feel it is appreciated we often invite guests to have a drink with us. Of course we respect de Covid distance rules. Everything you might need or want (normally speaking) is within walking distance, also the bus to Amsterdam (8 minutes walk). If you come by car parking is no problem and public transportation is also fine. If you have heavy luggage we can pick you up from the busstation. For your first breakfast we provide rolls and sweet pastries in the freezer (8 minutes in the oven) and home made jams. In the kitchenette we have some basic ingredients to prepare a meal.
