Casa Ruralera - Piso Corral / Pallera 4P - Costa Brava-Girona

Piso Pallera is a great apartment for 4 people located in very scenic and beautiful surroundings. The apartment is part of a large house, Casa Ruralera, where there are two other holiday apartments. This large house shares a huge garden where there are two swimming pools, football and volley. This authentic apartment and location will lay a solid base for an unforgettable holiday in the Catalan hills. The surroundings and the garden are the big plus at Piso Pallera, and it is something that especially children will find wonderful. There are nice animals that freely walk around on the property, some of which can be hand fed: Sheep and lambs, rabbits, geese, peacocks and horses. These animals are not part of a farm - they are there mainly for the guests and the owner’s pleasure. Furthermore, there are two shared swimming pools on the property, one small and one large, where you, with a breathtaking view of the mountains, can cool off in the sun and heat. The two pools are equipped with sun loungers. Around the garden, there are seating arrangements, where a lunch can be enjoyed. The hilly landscape and the surrounding trees provide a private and relaxed atmosphere. Also in the area, there is an idyllic river with small waterfalls, where you can bath and maybe try to catch yourself a fish. The owners' camping site is situated just 10 minute’s walk from the apartment, where you can buy ice cream and similar. Here, there is also a huge swimming pool that you can use. The apartment is very authentic and spacious. Firstly, there is a nice living room with comfortable sofas, located by a large fireplace. Behind the sofas, a rustic dining table stands where the homemade meals can be enjoyed. In front of the sofas, there is a direct access to a beautiful terrace / balcony, where you with impressive views can consume meals. This is very nice in the evening hours when the temperature is perfect. The bedrooms are like the rest of the apartment very spacious. One of the bedrooms has a nice double bed, and the other has two single beds, which is perfect for a small family. The kitchen in Piso Pallera is a typical country kitchen, where you can try cooking the local dishes. Just 2-3 km from the cottage, there is a cozy little village, where there is a supermarket, small shops and cafes. Piso Pallera is located near the French border and 20 minutes from E15 (France-Barcelona motorway). Furthermore, there is plenty of activities in the area. The delicious sand beaches of Costa Brava are just 20 km away, while cultural city of Girona, which is only 45 km away, certainly deserves a visit. Barcelona, ??only 110 km away, is also a must to visit. You can reach Barcelona in 1-1½ hours from most of our holiday homes, so it is easy to visit the city during your stay. In addition, many choose to combine a stay in the country side with an apartment in Barcelona before or after the vacation in one of our Spanish villas.
