New and modern villa very close to city centre

Welcome to our modern house built in 2012. The house is located at Vinderen in a nice and quiet villa area in Oslo. The metro is only seven minutes away within walking distance and three stops from the stop Nationaltheateret. The house has two bedrooms with king and queen size beds, two bathrooms with shower and bathtub and kitchen fully equipped for any amateur chef. The house also has one tv area in 1st floor and one living room area at the ground floor with big doors out to the terrace. The house has 2 floors with a big atrium that connects both floors. 1st floor has one bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom with shower, a kitchen with all amenities like coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, and oven and a living room. In the 2nd floor it is a living room with TV and a master bedroom with bathroom that has a bathtub. It is possible to go out in the garden from both floors. You will of course have access to the whole house with one parking place. The master bedroom and the guest room has comfortable king and queen size bed. Guests will also have wardrobe facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you expect to find in a modern home, including dishwasher, blender, and a Nespresso machine. Share a bottle of wine one the sunny terrace. Also included are: - Bed linens and towels - Wireless internet - TV with several channels - Bower&Wilkins sound system - One parking place is available on the property, further parking spaces are easily available on the nearby street. The neighborhood is primarily a residential area and has many villas. The Metro has a stop here, the station, which is Vinderen on the Holmenkollen course. Close to the Metro station there is also a smaller shopping centre with various shops and cafés. There's two supermarkets at Vinderen. (Coop and Rema 100) and it is also a grocery store named Gulden that is also open on sundays. The house is 750 meters (7 minutes walk) from the nearest metro station ( Smestad T-bane). The metro will take you directly to the city centre, it is 3 stops and takes only 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is 500 meters away (5 minutes walk)
