Double room with own bathroom (bath, toilet, powerful shower and sink) in a very central location in Watford. Walking distance to Watford Junction (5 mins), Watford Tube (15 mins), Watford FC (20mins), Town Centre (5-10mins), Clarendon Road (5 mins) and more. Close to Harry Potter Studios. Double bedroom with sole use of bathroom. Would suit individual, couple, professional, holiday maker and more. There is a roof terrace, fantastic for sunbathing and just watching the world go by and in November you can see fireworks for miles! Perfect for drivers as close to M1 and M25. Perfect for non drivers as transport links are excellent to London, Wembley, Watford town centre and more. Harry Potter Studios are just a short bus ride away. Full access to bathroom, lounge and kitchen. I work from home during the day so will be around most days working in the lounge. I spend most at home please note the lounge and kitchen is shared and not sole use. I will be around and about during the evenings, and sometimes out and about during day times. I'm happy to share my space (and plenty of tea/coffee!) with guests. On a main road (perfect for walking home at night as well lit) but all windows face the quiet road behind so best of both worlds. Hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose from just a few minutes walk away. Less than 5 minute walk to Watford Junction (15-20 minutes to Euston) and 15-20 minute walk to Watford Metropolitan Line (Tube) through the lovely Cassiobury Park. Close to both M1 and M25 motorways as well as A41. Complimentary self service breakfast includes cereal, toast, tea and coffee. Parking can be made available with prior notice as I would need to secure a parking permit in advance. Check in is flexible around my work commitments. With advance notice, I can meet most requests.
