You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the atmosphere, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Also, half a block away from the Grand Central Parkway. Guests can have access to a parking spot for $15 extra per day if needed. Fits a standard sedan style car best. A car of 74 inches or less width would fit comfortably. I am within 15 minutes of the premises nearly all the time. My phone number is on record once you are booked. Also, I have my brother that lives in the neighborhood, within a block radius. He will be available for any immediate needs. The atmosphere is pleasant with small coffee shops and parks nearby. The N train gets to times square in less than 25 min and is only half a block away.
