Its a modern renovated apartment, fully equipped, with brand new furniture as well as kitchen appliances, waiting for kind guests. Also, It has a small back yard where you can relax and enjoy your coffee and maybe a cigarette among the plants. The neighbourhood is very quite and it literally 5 minute walk to center. You can find some stores nearby such as food stores, coffee house, bakery, patisserie and tavern. The parking is public, safe and free just in front of the apartment. The apartment is 45 square meters with spacious living room including the kitchen, sofa which can be turned to bed, a table to eat or do some work if you are in business trip and also a smart tv next to you to watch a movie or documentary while resting. Additionally, there is a separate bedroom with comfortable double bed waiting for you. As mentioned earlier, there is also a small back yard where you can relax any time of the day. Lastly, there is a cozy bathroom with hot water where you can enjoy your shower. The availability for the guests is 24/7. Just across the road there are three shops where you can get your breakfast and coffee. Also, next to the apartment there is a small tavern where you can enjoy a delicious food with very good prices. Within a short distance there is a super market as well as bakery, patisserie and of course the center where you can find anything like shops, coffee houses and restaurants. There is a specious free parking available just in front of the apartment. The bus and the train station is only 10 minutes walk.
