Come and stay at the Henhouse. A 1 bedroom self catering cottage located on a small livery yard in the heart of the Tyne Valley. Close to Newcastle (6 miles), 10 minutes from the Metro Centre and close to Hadrians Wall and all of Northumberland's many wonders. A spatial double bedroom, lounge area, fully equipped kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom with shower. Outside seating area for summer evenings. The property has secure parking A unique little self catering cottage available to rent on a small livery yard close to Newcastle and Hadrian's Wall country. 'The Henhouse' is surrounded by gardens and fields but walking distance to local pubs and restaurants. Access to the Henhouse is through electric gates where secure parking is available. The Henhouse is situated at the bottom of the garden across a short path. Guests have full private access to the Henhouse. We are on hand to all guests to offer help and advice about the local area and to offer recommendations if required. Woodside is a small hamlet between Ryton and Greenside but close to Newcastle, the Metro Centre and Hexham. We are close to the A1 and the A69. We feel we have the best of both worlds as we have amazing countryside and quiet surroundings but can have a night in a fab party city. We have secure onsite parking for guests. Local taxi firms are reliable and reasonably priced. There is a bus stop outside the gate that takes you to the Metro Centre, Newcastle City Centre or the Main Train station. We are located on a small livery yard, we would prefer guests not to approach the horses unless accompanied by the owners some of the horses can bite.
