We love to have people in our home & will try to do all that we can to make your stay excellent. Close to restaurants and shopping. 15 minute car drive to 2 train stations to downtown Chicago. Private bathroom upstairs w/ door closing area off - semi private; my study upstairs. Smart TV in room. Enjoy family room, kitchen, dining room, living room with fire place, front porch. Right off I-88, quiet neighborhood. Off street parking in our driveway. Happy to visit or allow your privacy. I love to interact but keep a pretty full life. I love to give you your space or interact, have a cup of tea, coffee or glass of wine together if we are both available! We are a family friendly, quiet and lovely neighborhood. Many people walk their children or dogs in the neighborhood. I think you will feel right at home! Tons of restaurants west on Butterfield at Danada Square or east on Butterfield just past I-355. Happy to help suggest for the type of food you would like. College of DuPage library a 35-45 minute walk. Beautiful forest preserve across from Walmart on Rte 53. Morton Arboretum just south of there on Rte 53 ** Parking in driveway ** Walmart close by for shopping ** Arboretum is walking distance ** No public transportation but many guests have arrived via Uber easily ** Smart TV in room - no cable ** WIFI in home and room ** Pets are allowed - I do not charge an extra fee. I look for a verbal agreement understanding your pet will not damage the room in anyway and that when you leave I will be able to do my regular normal cleaning for my next guest.
