Bitchet Green is an idyllic spot for a relaxing break in the countryside with walking, cycling and horse riding all on your doorstep. There are several pubs nearby serving great food and drink, local ales and gins. We are close by to the local town of Sevenoaks which is a 10 minute drive away. From the property you are able to walk to Ightham Mote and Knole Park and other historic landmarks such as Hever Castle and Chartwell are within driving distance. The self-contained annexe which has been recently created and tastefully decorated to provide a spacious double bedroom, with en-suite shower room and a cosy living area with an electric woodburner and Sky TV. The kitchenette provides you with a coffee machine, tea facilities, small fridge, microwave and toaster. There is also an enclosed private area for your use and enjoyment during your stay with a BBQ on request. We will always be available during your stay to answer any questions you may have. Bitchet Green is a quiet rural area set within beautiful surroundings within a short driving distance of shops and amenities. Sevenoaks Station is 4.3 miles away with London only 28-34 minutes away by train and Royal Tunbridge Wells only 20 minutes. The best way to get around is by car. The area is great for walking, cycling, horse riding and a base for National Trust destinations and rail links to London and Tunbridge Wells.
