The "Dimora Stendardo" is a luxury residence situated in one of the most suggestive ancient villages of Italy, the "Borgo Scacciaventi", in the historic heart of Cava dè Tirreni (Salerno), a short distance from the Divine Amalfi Coast. This domus, which takes its name from the "III Palazzo Stendardo" (XV century), has undergone a precious architectural restoration to be used as a "Luxury Holiday Home". The structure consists of two double bedrooms (one in loft in tested and certified structural glass), both with private bathroom, a living room (the so-called "noble room") set up with a comfortable sofa bed directly overlooking Borgo Scacciaventi, a fully equipped kitchen. The dwelling also has two garages available to guests: a garage with automatic gate (300m) and a technical box (in the building) for every need (laundry, ironing, storage). The "Borgo Scacciaventi" is the only architectural example of the South-Italy of cities with arcades, Cava dè Tirreni fascinates for its "palazziate" houses and for its villages.
