Garden Cottage is an idyllic traditional brick and flint cottage tucked away in a wonderful location off a quiet no through country lane in the village of Ringstead. The village itself is charming; one of the few remaining with a great local shop and outstanding 17th century pub, The Gin Trap. Ringstead also boasts a children’s playground and access to some fabulous walks; the Peddars Way, Courtyard Farm, Ringstead Downs and more. Situated less then two miles from the stunning beaches at Old Hunstanton, Thornham and Holme and Titchwell nature reserve close by too. Additional Information Garden Cottage have had their WiFi updated so it is a strong and reliable connection! Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Ground Floor: Sitting / dining area Spacious area with stone tiled floor. The dining area has a table and four chairs with french doors opening onto the garden. The sitting area has a large sofa, two armchairs, music system, television and DVD player. Kitchen Well equipped fitted kitchen with double electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Bedroom With twin beds. First Floor: Master bedroom Large room with a king-size bed. Bathroom With a bath, shower cubicle, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside: The cottage has its own enclosed, attractive garden set in a lovely peaceful location, adjacent to the owners house. Garden furniture and plenty of off-road parking.
