Villa Lago w/ Pool, 2' walk to the Beach

A lovely and peaceful villa near the sea, located in the heart of Athens Riviera. It can easily accommodate up to 11 persons and the big and very private garden is great for barbeques, playing with children or just relaxing in the hammock. It has a nice view to the sea and most important you can walk to the beach in just 2 minutes! Or maybe just dive in the pool in no time. Locally you can participate in various activities like diving, paragliding, watersports, hiking, fishing etc. There are 2 Smart-TVs in the house where you can watch your favorite videos, music or movies. We provide also 3 hair-dryers, pool/beach towels, washing machine, dishwasher, A/C and fan in every room. There is a solar water heater so you can always have hot water if you want. In the kitchen there is also a coffee machine, a toast machine, a kettle, a blender and a microwave oven. I will always be happy to help you with everything you might want, from tours or activities to general guidance about the city or entertainment venues. You can contact me at any time for various info or even a possible problem in or out of the house. It's very close to various sightseeings, as well to nightlife centres. You can reach numerous beautiful beaches very close to the house, some organized and others not. The access from the airport is really easy through the highway and is about 20 minutes by car.
