Spacious and Private Room near NYC

Cozy Bedroom near NYC! This bedroom is located in the basement of a quiet and clean house in a residential street - 5 minutes away from a local University. The bedroom includes one queen sized bed and a private living room area with a TV for two guests. There is also a twin sized bed available for a third guest ( with an additional $10 charge ). Guests can use a full bathroom that is shared with one other person and it is located in the first floor. You would have access to other areas in the first floor - the kitchen, living room, dining room, and backyard. I work full time but I am reachable at all times through text/call. There is also a guest that currently lives in the first floor. If traveling by bus, there is a bus station a few blocks away that will take you to NYC in about 1 hour. By car, there are several routes to take. Route 3 is the most accessible one and will get you to NYC in about 30-45 minutes. Plenty of restaurants and shops a short drive away! Absolutely no kind of smoking or vaping allowed. This is a smoke-free house. Please be considerate of others living in this house. Please be mindful of noise after 10pm during the week and weekends.
