Welcome to our cozy cottage!! We are less than a mile to two beaches with access to the many restaurants and nightlife that newport has to offer. Our home has an open and airy floor plan that allows for an easy flow for you and your family or guests to share in making memories. Everything in our home is new....all the furnishings, to the deck, the beds, the dressers, linens, and a high efficiency washer and dryer. Our kitchen is newly renovated this year, and comes equipped with a blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Included in your stay is wireless internet and tv with cable. We offer both a driveway and street parking as well as a brand new outdoor shower, central air conditioning, newly landscaped, fenced in backyard and hammock with new comfortable deck furniture!! Come wake up to the melodic sound of many birds chirping while you sip your coffee in the morning sun on the deck.
