The"K.K. Franz Joseph" loft in the Szilágyi manor

Anything but ordinary, the Szilágyi manor is the last thing that remains of the more than 400-year-old Zwerbach palace complex. After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. The estate is located in Zwerbach, perfectly between Salzburg, Vienna, Melk and the Ötscher The imperial royal loft impresses with design and luxury on 130 square meters. The loft is located on the south side of the estate and extends over the entire length of the building. The view is gigantic, on one side of the castle garden with fields and meadows and on the other side of the beautiful inner courtyard with the imposing weeping willow. With its own entrance and through the heavy castle door, you go straight to the loft. In the spacious living room area there is a very comfortable couch that can also be used as a sofa bed. A large library holds exciting books and fashion magazines ready to relax. Or if you love music, we have stylish ball boxes from the 70s with a good music system for you. The dining area offers space for at least 6 people if you check in with friends or family. The kitchen offers every comfort, you will find a cooking island with sink and dishwasher, this also has a "bar table" for breakfast, enjoying a drink or to sit together. The cooking area leaves nothing to be desired, with a super modern induction stove, extractor hood, oven, apothecary cabinet, large refrigerator with freezer compartment and full equipment for cooking, nothing stands in the way of a gourmet menu. In the K.K. Sissi and Franzl take care of you in the bedroom, but a king-size boxsping bed ensures the best sleeping comfort. In the bedroom there is also the TV with which you can watch your holiday pictures or watch a good film. A wood-burning stove will be ready for you in the bedroom from autumn, so you can't get more romantic! The spacious toilets are right next to the bedroom. The pleasure of showering in the 2 person shower with rain shower head is an experience in itself. Here the ladies have the upper hand, our styling area this area has a large make-up and styling mirror, a comfortable lounge chair with a table so that nothing stands in the way of the perfect look. In the neighboring village of Ruprechtshofen, 3km away, you will find everything you need for shopping. You will find a large parking lot directly in front of the property, through the green main gate you enter the beautiful inner courtyard.
