This is a self contained room with self-check in, and self check out facility. Enter your space via private entrance leading into a private living area where you can relax, read, and have breakfast. Door right of the living room leads to your double bedroom with ensuite with access to a smart TV with Netflix. All three rooms are just for yourselves, and not shared. Complimentary bread, cereal, milk, tea, coffee, kettle, mini-fridge, toaster & microwave provided. Guests have access to double bedroom with ensuite and a separate sun room to relax that is not shared. These can be accessed via private entrance. Outside there is free parking space within the property and garden Beautiful countryside (ish) location with easy access to shops, takeaways and a pub which is 5 minutes walk from the house. Located next to Great River Ouse with easy access to kayaking (if you bring your own kayak or canoe, you can portage opposite the house), walks or just a simple evening stroll on the river bank and watch all the boats go past. Note: Please make sure you read the check in instructions or our private message (accessible once you have booked with us) for directions to our place as the sat nav usually takes you to the field close by.
