Our place is a 4-bedroom, 3-bath ranch house in South Salem. Airbnb space is partitioned from the main house affording you privacy. Entrance to and exit from the Airbnb area is through the garage door using a keyless pad. It’s self check-in. Parking is along the short stone wall in front of the house. No cleaning fee. We book one set of guests at a time. No access to kitchen or washer and dryer at this time to keep each other safe and healthy. No smoking. Oregon License #: (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) LI Rigorous and intensive sanitizing and disinfecting of all areas in the Airbnb area and the entire house. Sanitizing supply provided in the Airbnb area. Bedrooms are well ventilated and has lots of natural light. There are ceiling and floor fans in the bedrooms. No A/C. Both bedrooms have its own heating system that you can adjust to your liking. Bedrooms are clean, comfortable, and cozy. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Bathroom has lots of hot water. A mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker in the Airbnb area are available for your use. No TV. Coffee pods and tea bags complimentary. Sunroom with plants is adjacent to the Airbnb areas and you are very welcome to use the space. Guests entrance and exit to the Airbnb area is through the garage via a keyless garage door keypad. It’s self checkin. There are two steps from the garage to the Airbnb entrance. Because a lot of people are concerned about their health and well-being, we are practicing social distancing with our guests. It is not my preferred mode of hosting but we have to do our part. I am just a text away to answer your questions or if you need something. My family and I have been healthy and we consistently use face mask when in public places. The neighborhood is a quiet established residential area. Quick and easy access to downtown Salem, I-5, Costco, the beautiful Oregon coast, Silver Falls State Park, Riverfront Park, Minto Brown and Bush Parks. There is a community park two houses down from our house. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and grocery stores. City bus is available. Uber and Lyft are operating in Salem, or local taxis. A family of three adults live in the house. We have a dog and a kitten The Airbnb space is off limits to our pets. Thanks
