1 King bed, private bathroom and TV/breakfast room

Detached house in the village of Cottingham. I have 1 King bedroom available, plus a private TV/breakfast lounge and a private bathroom with walk in shower or bath. The room has black out curtains. A selection of breads, cereal, tea, coffee, wine, gin and biscuits are available in the private lounge upstairs and included in the price. It's opposite Castle Hill Hospital and a short walk into the village centre where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Beverley is a short drive away. One very comfortable king size bed with plenty of pillows (firm & soft). Curtains are lined with blackout material. Bottled water, towels, toiletries, complimentary shower sponge, hairdryer and straighteners are provided in the room for your use. There is also a private living room upstairs which had a DVD player in the TV, X box, book case with varied reading material and a very comfortable reclining sofa. The private lounge has a fridge, kettle, toaster and a selection of breakfast cereals to chose from. Your private bathroom has a walk in shower and bath. Parking is to the front of the house in front of the steps. House is situated on a quiet, modern estate with private road access. Castle Hill Hospital is within 5 minutes walking distance and the centre of the village is about 15 to 20 minutes. There is a private garden to the rear of thd property. Buses are available every 10 minutes on the main road which is 2/3 minutes walk away. Cottingham train station is about 5 minutes by car If you have any dietary requirements or would like any additional items please let me know prior to your arrival.
