This is the largest district of Weinheim. There are many single-family and terraced houses, but also skyscrapers and smaller industrial companies. This is not quite in the center, but it is very fast by car in the surrounding area, as well as in Heidelberg or Mannheim. You will find all shops for daily needs. From MIRAMAR to the apartment it is 5 minutes by car, on foot about 30 minutes. The district is well accessible by tram. Restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity. Tram to Heidelberg, Weinheim (train station / center) and Mannheim nearby. Since it is an attic apartment, it can be very warm in the summer.
