One of seven Cottages (one of which has disabled facilities), set in 100 acres of beautiful protected Breton countryside, stunning meadow bordered for 1km by the River Aven with a Trout Pond. Lots of wildlife and a truly peaceful place to relax and unwind in. Our closest market town, Rosporden is 2kms away and has all the amenities you should need. We are in a rural location yet within a 15 mins easy drive of lots of sandy unspoilt beaches. Also are the historic towns of Pont Aven 10mins drive, Concarneau, 15 mins drive and Quimper 25 mins drive. There is a climbing centre 5 mins drive from us, a adventure park with farm animals and a labyrinth just 7 mins drive away. These are just a few of the places to visit there are many more and we provide our Clients with a comprehensive guide in each cottage. The cottages have recently been renovated to the highest standard. All offer panoramic views overlooking the Aven Valley. Facilities include 36ft heated swimming pool which is fenced with a security gate. (Open end of May to end of September). The cottages are set in 100 acres with a children's play area, meadow with trout lake and the river Aven, woods to explore and trees to climb. There are walks on the farm and there is a barn with a table tennis table and other games. We keep chickens (fresh free range eggs), ducks and turkeys and also have bee hives where we produce our own honey. (The hives are kept away from the cottages so you wouldn't know they were there!) Guests have the use of free bikes (one with a baby carrier and our closest Market town is only 2kms so you can cycle there to collect your fresh baguette and croissants in the morning. Moros is a three storey Cottage - 3 bedrooms - sleeps 6 plus a baby. The cottage is laid out over 3 levels On the ground floor it is open plan with a lounge area that has two 3 seater sofas, coffee tables, a wood burning stove, satellite TV, DVD, HIFI and free WIFI Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine and microwave, Tassimo coffee machine). There is also a solid pine dining table with 6 chairs. On the second floor there is a Master bedroom with a double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table. There is also an en suite, (shower cabin, toilet and sink) and a small reading area on this floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, both with single beds, bedside cabinets, wardrobe and dressing table or set of drawers. There is also a family bathroom with a shower of a bath and a separate wc. Highchairs, cots as well as other baby equipment available free of charge. Fenced garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. Moros has a fully fenced garden that has a gate (can be locked if required). There is a table and 6 chairs, along with a BBQ and a sun lounger.
