Apartment next to Munich, Ingolstadt, Regensburg

We are renting a refurbished apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen and bah. There is also a small terrace and the apartment is well equipped with everything guests need. There is a parking space and pets are welcome. The flat has a bedroom with a boxspringbed for two persons and a big wardrobe. In the kitchen everything guests need can be found: a oven, a dish washer, fridge, freezer, toaster, water boiler and a washing machine. The bathroom is quite big and has a big shower in it. In the living room there is a couch which can be converted into a bed for two persons and there is also another part of the couch wich can also be converted into a bed. In the living room there is of course a TV and there are books in english and german. In the dining area there is space for 4 persons to eat. The whole flat is heated and has WIFI Access. We like to interact with our guests but it is also fine if guest want to be on their own. Unfortunately we don't have a train station. So the apartment can only be reached by car. But there is a parking space provided. By car you can reach the following destinations nearby 40 minutes to Munich, 30 minutes to Ingolstadt, 35 minutes to Regensburg, 40 minutes to Landshut and 60 minutes to Nürnberg.
