Boasting four bedrooms (one super king with en-suite, one super king, two king size double) and sleeping eight people, this property is ideal for family holidays. Inside you will find an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting ares. Outside the property there is private parking for two cars and an enclosed garden with BBQ and patio area. Crantock Beach is only a ten minute walk from the cottage, making it the ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts. Amenities: Eco house with air source heat pump. Electric hob and oven, dishwasher, two single built in ovens and electric hob, adjacent separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, flat screen TV, BT Sport package, DVD, log burning stove. Included in the rental price is bed linen for each bed that has been booked and a shower mat for each shower or bath, additionally, each guest is provided with a bath and hand towel, guests must provide their own beach towels. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North to Fistral beach in the centre of Newquay and on down the coast. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants. Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, plus attractions such as the Sea Life Centre, Newquay Zoo and nearby Dairyland and Eden Project.
