Stone Cottage In Snowdonia
Mid terrace stone cottage in the centre of the Rachub/Llanllechid village, Gwynedd. Rachub/Llanllechid is a part of the Snowdonia National Park, renowned for its scenic beauty. It is a very popular area for walking and mountain climbing. Bethesda is less that a mile away where Zip World contains the longest zip wire in Europe. The beaches of the North Wales coastline and Anglesey are all within easy reach. The house is a terraced property in the village centre, with shop, pub and bakery all within walking distance. There is a parking area less than 50 metres from the house. Accommodation comprises a small front door with steps leading into kitchen. There is a separate lounge with stone fireplace, wood burner and seating for four. Lounge also contains dining table and four chairs. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, bathroom and landing with wardrobe. Outside there is a large garden with seating for four and a BBQ. There is also a sun shed in the garden with seating and tables for the use of smokers. The sun shed can also be used to store equipment such a bicycles.
