Megali Ammos is a beautiful large sandy beach with rental sunbeds and umbrellas. Both beaches are accessible on foot, 100 meters from the sea front door of the property. Spasmata beach, a sandy beach with crystal clear water, is 600 meters away, also accessible on foot. For those who like more popular beaches, the famous beaches of Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos are just 4 kilometers away. Argostoli (the capital of the island) is 9 kilometers away and the Airport is 2 kilometers away. There are few restaurants and bars, as well as mini-markets for your supplies, within 5 minutes’ drive from the apartment (Ammes beach, Lassi). A car is necessary and highly recommended, as there is no public transportation in the area. There are two friendly dogs in the property, Bonnie and Bella.
