Apartment Meyer with pool and garden sauna

Our house is right on the bike and hiking trail between Wallmerod and Westerburg. It is only 5 km to get into the Westerwaldsteig. You can start long hikes or bike tours right on the doorstep. For wellness and relaxation, our holiday guests have a garden sauna all year round (for a fee, € 3.50 per hour) and a swimming pool with loungers in the garden free of charge in the summer months (for sole use by our holiday apartment guests). Sitting area and grill in the outside area. The exclusive apartment has a size of 48 m² and can accommodate max. 4 people are inhabited. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. It was completely new, high quality and modern furnishings and of course has a separate entrance. 2 people sleep in the bedroom in a double bed. For max. 2 more people can be converted in the living room the couch to the sofa bed. Between kitchen and living room a large passage was built to make everything open and friendly. The apartment is not barrier-free. Our apartment is located in the basement. Cool in summer and cozy in winter thanks to underfloor heating. There are numerous excursion possibilities in our area. Good restaurants near the accommodation, in about 1 km away is a lake with a good pizzeria. Our house is set back slightly from the little busy local road, so very quiet. The bike and hiking trail is directly adjacent to our property. Free parking near the house.
