Our modern country rural retreat is ideally located within a short driving distance of Leeds, and the historic city of York. The surrounding area is excellent for experiencing the true West Yorkshire countryside with numerous walking routes available, and one of the oldest pubs in England a 2-minute walk from the house. The house itself has more than enough on offer to keep you entertained with two large living areas, hot tub and a large private garden, and games room to highlight a few. There is a late seventh-century Anglo-Saxon church (the oldest church and the oldest building standing in West Yorkshire), and nearby Ledston Hall. Easy access to motorway links, and a local train station in Garforth; the station is approximately 10-min drive, with free parking. Leeds City Centre and York are easily accessed by the station or alternatively a 30-min drive away. Xscape 15-minutes away ideal for a family day out.
