Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö. Fully, modern equipped house 60 sqm. All amenities as dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Big bathroom with shower and WC. Kitchen with doors to a porch under roof. Upstairs you find a bedroom with double bed and hall (walk-through room) with two singel beds. OBS be were of steep staircase to reach upstairs and sloping roof. Not completely safe for children although there is a safety gate installed. Downstairs kitchen and the living room in a open plan. The sofa in the living room is a bed sofa.
