Inside, the guesthouse decor is set to season: fresh cut flowers in the spring & summer, enchanted autumn and christmas décor. Enjoy great fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and sunsets on the lake; ice fishing, snowshoeing, hiking, sledding, cross country and downhill skiing in the winter; tea or coffee on your bedroom terrace with fresh air and seasonal views; or cozy up inside by the fire and get inspired with books, a journal, movies, or games. You'll feel right at home! Kayaks, row boat, charcoal grill, fire pit, private patio, washer & dryer, cable, WiFi, flat screen TV, full kitchen and appliances, comfortable sleeper sofa, queen size bed, 7 acre vista, sprawling colorful gardens, books, movies, cards, games, and lists of local things to do! Very private space, the cottage is always check-in ready! I love to share tips on dining, wineries, attractions, and hidden gems. Interaction is totally up to our guests. The guest house shares the same 7 acre property as the main house. The cottage is built into a hill facing the lake with a very private flagstone patio surrounded by gardens and pines. The village of Lake Ann is a charming, quiet, and quaint with a cafe, pizzeria, diner, post office, market, and locally owned brewery with handmade crafts! Many beaches to choose from, all a short drive away. Car rental, Bata Bus - limited. Film Festival, National Cherry Festival, Wine Festivals, Microbrew Festivals. Foodie heaven with plenty of farm-to-table options and a variety of cuisine options.
