There is a club room and a large kitchen in the basement. There are 19 bedrooms spread over three floors in this home, of which 2 are single rooms. There are one or two bathrooms and toilets on each floor. A hiking trail through nature starts right from this home and the Techow Golf Course is just 10 minutes away by car. This golf course offers an 18-hole championship golf course (par 72). Additionally, there is an open 9-hole course for beginners, disabled, as well as for school sports.
