Perfectly located for the Ascot Races, golf (Wentworth is nearby too) and polo (Guards and Coworth Park). A 5 minute walk to Sunningdale train station and a short drive to Heathrow airport. A well maintained, pretty country house. Sunningdale train station is around a 5 minutes walk from the house, with frequent trains to London Waterloo and Reading. Ascot is only one train stop away. You are welcome to walk on the golf courses as long as you keep to the side of the fair ways. Virginia Water Park is also near by, and makes for a wonderful walk too. Parking is available.
