New barn conversion close to the Cotswolds

Cricklade - a small town on the Thames, close to the Cotswolds and Wiltshire downs. There’s a wealth of interesting places to visit from the charm of Castle Combe to the beauty of Bourton on the Water to the Railway Museum and Designer Outlet Village in Swindon - and many fascinating towns and villages in between. Avebury, Marlborough and Cirencester are a short drive away. The Cotswold Water Park (5 miles away) and offers water sports, walking and cycling paths. There are golf courses nearby. Enjoy a comfortable and cosy stay in this newly refurbished 100 year old barn. With a fully equipped kitchen you can choose to dine in, or if you’d prefer to eat out, there’s plenty of choice within walking distance. If you’re looking to get away from the city but still need to work, The Barn has its own high speed wifi and a desk within the living area. Then, at the weekend you can get on your bikes and explore the Cotswolds. The Barn is self-contained so guests can enjoy their own private bedroom, bathroom as well as living areas. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with memory foam topper and 100% cotton bedding. Coffee, tea, milk, bread and local jams are all provided in the modern kitchen. Iron and ironing board can also be found in The Barn. The Barn will be serviced with cleaning and bed linen changed for stays longer than a week and use of a washing machine can be arranged. Private parking and bike storage is available. The M4 is 10 miles away and Swindon station 8 miles away. Edward and I live in the main house and are available to help at any time, though we will respect your privacy. Emergency lighting and smoke detectors and alarm are installed. Cricklade is a pretty town - and very friendly - with lots of shops, pubs and excellent take aways. The Red Lion has an award winning restaurant There is a doctor’s surgery, dentist and optician.
