Children will enjoy the open plan space, enclosed lawned garden with sunken trampoline & private heated pool. This private home offers environmentally sensitive accommodation across two floors. This unique self-catering detached house, with parking for upto 4 cars,  has been functionally designed ensuring that the space is flooded with natural light. Sleeping unto 10 guests in four beautifully designed bedrooms - with the master suite having a private balcony.  Enjoy being part of the South Down's National park at this totally private detached  property with its stunning views. Parking on the private driveway you are welcomed through the large front door into a tiled lobby with seating (to take shoes off).  The space opens out into the grand open plan ground floor and onto the beautifully landscaped garden. On the right is a comfortable lounge and TV area with a couple of large bespoke sofas and Sky TV, perfect for movie nights or just chilling and reading. Off this space is a curtained off room with 2 overflow sofa beds for extra guests. The immaculate kitchen is well designed with a pair of intelligent ovens/microwave/steamer, a large American style double fridge, coffee grinder/maker, dishwasher, filtered water and an induction hob. We supply all the pots, pans and tableware you may need and a dining table to fit upto 10 people - perhaps hire a chef to make your stay extra special? The impressive bi-folding doors open up the whole space and lead out onto the tranquil garden which is also beautifully lit at night. There is a large patio space with dining table - perfect for al-fresco lunches and a BBQ you may want to use.  The outdoor lounge area has an extra large quality parasol for shade and of course the heated pool and sun loungers for relaxing.  At the rear of the garden is the enclosed sunken trampoline and a shaded area under the apple trees - perfect for picnics with the children, or perhaps just relaxing & reading a book.. Each of the three bedrooms on the ground floor are tastefully designed with artworks and stylish furniture, high quality mattresses and practical wardrobe and drawer space. We supply luxury hotel grade bed linen and towels. The ground floor ensuite bedroom has a gorgeous moroccan tiled shower room. There is also spacious family bathroom on the ground floor with a large bath, shower enclosure and WC. The master suite at the top of the house has a super king size bed, ample wardrobe space and wet room with a 2 person bath and rainfall shower enclosure. The room is graced with stunning views of the garden and the locale beyond which can be enjoyed from comfort of the private balcony.  From the Design House there are numerous walks on the doorstep, Steyning is a picturesque village and the South Downs are wonderful for an amble. If you do venture in the car it's only a 10 minute drive to Shoreham harbour & beach, a 20 min drive to Brighton and a 25 minute drive to historic Arundel. The whole space is yours for the duration of your stay Happy to help :) You are on the edge of the country village of Steyning - a beautifully quaint part of Sussex, the local high street has a picture postcard shops and curiosities. If you do venture from the Design House and its numerous South Downs walks on the doorstep it's only a 10 minute drive to Shoreham harbour & beach, a 20 min drive to Brighton and a 25 minute drive to historic Arundel. Car needed to make the most of the surrounding areas Cleaning products under sink General waste and recycling bin is in the last draw under the sink and large bins on driveway. Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board in utility/garage Bed Linen, bath, hand and pool towels provided Handsoap in bathrooms Electric box in utility /garage wall Rarely you may need to flip the RCD switch if a bulb blows etc. Bring slippers No outdoor shoes to be worn indoors. HOUSE RULES NO SHOE HOUSEHOLD NOISE & OUTSIDE AREAS It’s a family house - please be mindful of our neighbours with regards to noise. Under no circumstances is the pool to used after 10pm midweek & 11:30pm weekends. BREAKAGES All damage and breakages must be paid for and will be deducted from the breakage deposit. Please let us know if you do break anything   SMOKING & FIRE If you need to smoke please use outside areas. No candles or naked flames at any time. DECORATIONS No confetti please - this stains the furniture. If you put up decorations please don’t use sellotape or blue-tac as it damages the paintwork. RUBBISH & RECYCLING All waste must be disposed of before checkout You will find our rubbish & recycling bins outside on the edge of the driveway Do not leave any rubbish or food in the outside areas at any time (Wildlife love it!) ACCESS & CHECK IN/OUT You will be given the key on arrival Please leave our lovely property as you found it.  We provide all cleaning products under the kitchen sink. Ensure terrace doors and front doors are locked when leaving the property and when retiring for the evening.
