The loft extension, completed in 2020, shines with a large living and dining area and a wonderful view. The large windows on the south side let a lot of light into the interior and make the stay very pleasant. New electrical appliances have been installed in the kitchen, which can be used very easily without extensive operating knowledge. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Hot water is generated with a flow heater, the heat of which can be set to the nearest degree (max. 60 ° C) There is parking for a car or minibus on a large parking space in front of the garages on the property. Hohensachsen is a district of Weinheim, 17 kilometers from Mannheim and 13 kilometers from Heidelberg on the Bergstrasse in Baden-Württemberg. The district has almost 3000 inhabitants. There are several gastronomic offers in the village, all of which are very good value for money and can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot. Culinary and cultural specialties can also be discovered in the neighboring towns and cities. From Weinheim you drive into the old town center of Hohensachsen. To the north and west of the old town center, new development areas have emerged over the past few years. Hohensachsen has a primary school, two kindergartens, a sports center and a sports hall with an indoor swimming pool. Various hiking, cycling and mountain bike tours can be undertaken from the location of the accommodation. The next large district town, Weinheim, is only a few minutes away and offers many opportunities for shopping and excursions. The cities of Heidelberg and Mannheim can be reached in less than 30 minutes. Optionally, the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer is possible for an extra charge! The devices are in the basement and can be used at certain times by arrangement. The stay with children or toddlers can take place, but with the indication that the requirements for this are not met!
