Charming 2 bedrooms Beach House in Kokkali, leros

Newly renovated, the house combines a typical greek atmosphere with all modern standard. Located in a very calm area, the house is 20 meters away from the sandy beach of Kokali where you can relax under trees and look at the charming Agia isodoros chapel. Just a breath away from the sea, this home fully meets your needs for a quiet holiday with your family. its cozy and welcoming atmosphere make you feel at home. the large garden is an ideal place for children to play. Located in the quiet area of Kokali in leros, the house is next to the beach and the lovely agios isidoros chapel; a must see in leros. The house was recently renovated in a greek and cozy style. It offers all modern commodities with its fully equipped kitchen, wifi access and AC. The living area is very spacious and has large windows onto the garden. The outside dining area is nicely protected from the sun and the wind so you can always be outside in the summer. the house has two large bedroom with each their own bathroom. They both give direct access to the garden and the terrace. Leros is a very easy to access island thanks to its little airport with daily connection to Athens. Ferries are also coming evryday to the island port of Lake or Agia Marina. It is best to rent a car or a moto (at the port or at the airport) to be able to visit the island easily during your trip. The house is located 10 minutes away from the airport (no worry, there s 3 planes a day so it s not noisy!) and 20 minutes away from ports. During the summer, I am next to the house so I can assist if anything and give recommendations. The rest of the year, I am very easy to reach by phone or messages and I know many people on the island that can assist you if need be. Please treat my house just like yours :-)
