Free high speed Wi-Fi throughout the house. . Parking outside the door and for free. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms, toilets, iron and iron board. It´s like a mini hotel with shared facilities. All doors has insulated hotel doors. Code lock on all doors for your privacy. You can come and go as you please. Code works 24/7. Access via unique code both for front door and your private room. You are the only one that has access to your booked room. Access to bathrooms with shower and toilet. One bathroom also has washer and dryer installed. All free to use if you need to wash your clothes. Separate toilet is also available. High speed wi-fi accessible in all rooms and shared kitchen. Kitchen is large and is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, micro wave, coffee machine, dishwasher, porcelin etc. Large TV installed as well. Large parking space outside the house. Parking is free. I do not live in the house. House is 100 % for guests. Please use Airbnb site for questions etc. House is situated in a residential area with villas. Area is very nice and quiet. House is fully renovated and all furniture are new. Public transportation is only 100m away. Shops are at walking distance. Easy to reach Stockholm city by bus or own car. Large parking area outside the house. Bustop is only 100m away. It is a non smoking house. 300 Euro penalty if violated. Please leave your outdoor shoes inside the front door.
