No 2 is a comfortable and well equipped and maintained second floor apartment with wonderful views out to the sea from all rooms. Situated in a peaceful location with the amazing sandy Brancaster beach only minutes walk away, the coastal path at the bottom of the landscaped gardens, and an award winning pub two minutes walk away. A perfect coastal retreat for two. King size bed sleeps two Minimum three night sty with either a Monday or Friday changeover. Sorry no pets Parking WiFi A comfortable one bedroom apartment with a luxury feel. A large bed room with a king size bed, all Egyptian cotton linen and towels are provided. Plenty of storage plus dressing table. The kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, hob, oven and fridge and nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. A small freezer can be found in the hallway cupboard. There are communal washing machines and tumble dryers which are free to use for guests. The lounge is equipped with wifi, flat screen Smart TV, so don’t forget your Amazon or Netflix passwords. There are some guides, maps, books, games left for guests to use. There is a small table for dining with views out to the sea. The bathroom has a bath with a full height electric shower. In the garden room downstairs there are extra chairs and deck chairs for guests use. There is a torch provided in the hall way cupboard for evening refreshment strolls and binoculars for wildlife viewing. Guests have full use of the apartment, the communal washing and drying facilities located downstairs indicated in the guest guide, the gardens and garden furniture in the garden room. I am available by phone or e-mail and have a local person on site to help with issues Every visit to Brancaster is special with the amazing sandy beach, fantastic award winning pub The Ship Inn, great sunsets, and a wonderful opportunity to be close to to renowned RSPB centre at Titchwell. Close to the shopping delights of Burnham Market and a host of great local eateries, attractions and beaches. Wells 6 miles, Burnham Market 3 miles, Thornham 3 miles and Holkham 5 miles. all serviced by the local friendly coast hopper bus service so you can walk and talk as far as you wish then jump on the hopper home. Everything is chilled and relaxed here in Brancaster. Enjoy the spectacular coastal scenery, local eateries, and shopping this area affords.
