Cozy oasis in South Stockholm

The apartment is situated with easy access to Arlanda in Tullinge Close to nature, shops and walking distance to the commuter train 900 meters. To Stockholm takes 25 minutes to Centralen. Close to KTH Södertorn & Karolinska. Quiet area. Close to the city and affordable in a nice quiet area of Stockolm. Living room, kitchen, bathroom. Come into agreement about TV access. I am also in the apartment so yes I interact and still provide privacy for guests, a mutual respect for each others privacy. The lake, the train goes directly to Arlanda. The neighborhood is really nice. Bus stop 100 meters and train station 900 meters. Buses run almost all night, trains travel up to 1 am weekdays and almost 3 am weekends. Taxis are close, metro is accessible by bus from home. Jogging paths well lit. There is a row machine in the apartment for usage and boxing bag. Note! Quiet times are as follows 11 pm-7 am. No cooking late at night, no late night (Hidden by Airbnb) calls, no washing clothes late.
