The house is located next to the road which links the village of San Miguel with Ibiza-town and you can enjoy the tranquility of Ibiza´s country side and it´s convenient and easy-accessible location the house is situated at 3-minute-drive from the famous small town Santa Gertrudis, at 15 minutes form Ibiza-town and at 20 minutes from the airport. In San Miguel, the village located at only 1,5 km from the house you can find all the services like supermarkets, farmacy, doctor, banks, shops, news-stand, post, etc. It is spacious 2-storey-house with six bedrooms and four bathrooms (one of them is exterior and is located next to the swimming pool). On the ground floor there are 2 spacious living rooms, a dining room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, ample bathroom with bath tube and shower. Both living rooms has access to the porch-terraces, covered and completely furnished. On the first floor there are spacious main bedroom, two double and one twin bedroom, two bathrooms equipped with showers. The house is situated in the rural estate in the very quiet area surrounded by orange trees and has spacious garden, terraces and a swimming pool.
