Centrally located in the historic town of Beverley. Short walk to the centre offering cafés, restaurants, bars/traditional pubs, shopping experiences. Close to Flemingate shopping area, the historic Beverley Minster, and Beverley's Westwood Common & Racecourse. Close to train and bus stations, and a short drive to Hull, York and the coast. Queensgate Luxury Holiday Lets are beautifully renovated self catering accommodation or suite rooms, located in a quiet residential area with private parking, a short stroll from the town centre. The three bedroom holiday cottage is modern and tastefully decorated and offers fully equipped kitchen facilities. It is two storey with three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath located on the first floor. The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance, bathroom with walk in shower, spacious kitchen/diner and lounge. There are laundry facilities available on site at an extra charge If you require smaller accommodation or accommodation on one level, please check out our two bedroomed Luxury Apartment across the courtyard or we have two new suite rooms available We also have a studio apartment above the apartment with a double bed available to rent as an annexe to the apartment Full use of the holiday cottage (supplement applies for requiring use of second and third bedrooms). Private secure parking area for one vehicle ... Please contact us as we may be able to accommodate more than one car or have on street parking permit available Outside seating in shared courtyard at the front of the property and a small private covered area at the rear of the property Host lives in a separate house on site and is available to welcome and assist guests during their stay Located in a quiet residential area about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 15 minutes from the Flemingate Retail centre Beverley Train station - 15 minute walk Beverley Bus station - 10 minute walk Easy access to M62 motorway On site secure parking for one car (please send an enquiry if you have more than one car) We have a friendly Cockerpoo living with us in the main house. The two bedroom apartment and the three bedroom holiday cottage are located opposite each other in the courtyard. Price based on 2 people sharing main bedroom; supplements apply for additional guests/rooms/single use of bedrooms/under occupancy - please message for details. Please note that the booking will relate to the same guests staying for the stay and we do not allow 'swapping' of guests without prior agreement.
