The apartment with 118m² on the ground floor has a large dining / living room with satellite TV overlooking the Rhine from the south facing balcony. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 5 people. The guest toilet and the extra shower in the adjoining room of the kitchen are also located on this floor. There is also a washing machine, which can be used for a fee. In the attic are the 3 bedrooms. The first room has a large double bed, the second 2 single beds and the third a sofa bed. The large bathroom has a shower, a bath, a toilet and a large vanity with mirror cabinet to accommodate the utensils. From the loggia you have a great view of the Rhine and the other side of the Rhine. The apartment is non-smoking. Outside on the balcony smoking is allowed.
