Although situated overlooking open countryside the loft is subjected to rush hour road noise from the A249 and this must be taken into account before booking To compensate this we have reduced the cost of the loft but the benefit is an amazing spacious place with separate access. Rainfall shower, fresh towels, tea, coffee and cereals are all complimentary We have many regulars who love this space working or sitting exams at The Cotswold Airport or Dyson We ask guests to politely strip their bed at the end of stay during these uncertain times to minimise the risk of covid We also have Two soundproofed studio flats below the loft so kind consideration to your neighbours is appreciated. Studio flats 1 &. 2 can be booked separately Toddlers and children sadly not accepted in the loft due to soundproofing not as efficient as the downstairs The loft is adjacent to our family home- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm Also if using the front garden we may have other guests present so your kind consideration for them will be greatly appreciated
