Villa Gala was built in the autochthonous Dalmatian style, while Villa Galina exudes more of a contemporary style. Combined they can accommodate up to 19 people. The price will be adjusted to the number of people. This stunning estate, a hidden slice of paradise, spreads out over an enclosed hilltop plot of land with an area of 4000m2, offering stunning views of the river Cetina and the entire Cetina region. Three buildings are located on the lot, and the largest, central of them consists of two apartments that are connected with an external staircase. The apartment on the first floor, which could be said to be the ground floor due to its cascade-style architecture, contains the central rooms from which you can access the Mediterranean garden and its heated pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. Care has been taken to position the pool and Jacuzzi in a manner that guarantees complete privacy. To round off the entire experience, there is also a top-quality wireless speaker that allows you to listen to your favourite music while you’re relaxing and enjoying yourself. The central kitchen also has direct access to a covered terrace area that is perfect for parties and larger get-togethers. In the immediate vicinity, there is another building with garage parking spaces and a beautiful two-storey apartment that is accessed via the external staircase. The exterior of the homes is dominated by spacious terraces and hand-worked stone details, such as the arches on the terraces and the old Dalmatian wells. Every single part of this spacious courtyard is decorated with flowers, medicinal Mediterranean herbs, a variety of exotic trees and vegetables that you are free to help yourself to if they’re in the season when they give fruit. The luxurious interior is also bound to leave you breathless, and the homes are comfortable and fitted out with state-of-the-art equipment. With its fantastic position, fairytale-like garden and chapel above the estate, which can be used in agreement with the owner, the space is ideal for smaller weddings. In addition, the abundance of activities that are available in the vicinity, such as rafting, kayaking, paintball, QUAD bikes, paragliding, a horseback riding club and many more, make it the perfect place for team building events. The sandy beaches of Peruča lake are also nearby, inviting you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning natural environment. The owners live in another town, but the lady that takes care of the estate lives in the village, and she is discreet and always at your service. While you’re staying at the villa, she will take care of the garden at the times that suit you the best, on which you can agree with her directly, and she can also assist you if you need help in organising catering, transport etc. The third building is only for the storage of tools and the other equipment that is necessary to maintain this stunning estate in top shape, ensuring that it remains the perfect refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our guests will have the entire 4000 m2 at their disposal including the pool area, several terraces, the garden and outdoor seating areas. Also free parking is available. The house is approximately 40 km away from the sea, and the closest coastal city is Split, which is known for its rich history, dating back to the Roman Era. One of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic is located just a 45-minute motorway drive away.
