Our unique wine maker's hut offers an outdoor fireplace, where you can chop provided firewood and enjoy slow cooking or BBQ on iron cast pans, pick a herb of your liking from our garden, take an outdoor solar shower with a magnificent views, use the eco-friendly outhouse when needed (yes, no flushing toilet indeed, just the old-school one)... all aspects of outdoor life you may remember as a kid. We have running water (from our own well with limited supply so being economical here is a must), and electricity, but no wi-fi, so you can enjoy a simple life for a while. Come and try! You will have 1000 sq meters in the heart of Palava, in the bird reserve, where time stops, birds sing, everything smells right, sun shines, and you can laze in a hammock, sunbathe on the terrace, sip a cup of tea from a freshly cut nettle... We use rain water in our garden and recycle greywater for watering plants, so there are no chemicals or shampoos in the shower or kitchen. We employ biodynamic practices in our vineyard, use no herbicides, only plant--extracted leaches to treat the wine. The word "weed" does not exist here. The entire garden is to your disposal Don't expect comfort you have at home, this is a unique setting, on a unique spot of our planet. Nevertheless, you can still enjoy hot running water, and chill your wine or beer in the fridge.
