Mill Cottage is in a prime location, right in the heart of the historical market town of Leek. Just a two minute walk to the centre. It is ideal for singles, couples or small families who want a wonderful break on the outskirts of the beautiful Peak District. The house is a lovely Victorian cottage, set within a small row of similar properties, in a quiet backwater of the town. Leek is a very short drive to Alton Towers, the Roaches,Buxton and Chatsworth, Cheddleton railway, the manifold track. Mill Cottage is a beautifully appointed period home and is used regularly by its owner. A two story solidly built cottage, it really is home from home, but please note that due to the age and character of the property it does have fairly steep and narrow stairs. On a chilly evening you can, relax, light the open fire and sit back with a glass of wine. Or on warmer days, dine al fresco in its quiet, private rear yard.
