Combs Country Cottage with a view (and hot tub)

Smithy Cottage is a newly renovated 200 year old cottage with lots of character. It is situated in a conservation area in the beautiful village of Combs, High Peak, just 300m from the Beehive Inn. The village and surrounding areas are breathtaking with ample walking and cycling routes. The stunning Edale and Castleton are just a short drive away where you will find the famous Mam Tor, with the traditional towns of Buxton and Chapel -en-le-frith on the doorstep. A truly relaxing country break. The cottage has a living room with wood burning stove and exposed beams, large bedroom and bathroom. Living room includes 40 inch TV with sky subscription including Netflix and Sports channels. The kitchen includes integrated oven and hobs, toaster, kettle, sink, microwave and all crockery etc. Table and 2 chairs for dining. There are a number of places to eat in the local area, including the Beehive down the road which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner and has a farm shop, as well as numerous traditional pubs and quirky cafes in the local market towns. There is a travel cot and a bath for parents with a young child. The outside space is shared with the main house but is quite private. The hot tub is for your own private use. There is secure cycle storage available on request. I live next door and am happy to help, but unless you want to see me you won't be bothered your entire stay. I have a friendly cat who may come in to the house through the cat flap.
