The Space: Villa Casalguidi is well equipped and has been comfortably and tastefully furnished. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, a large proportion of which is covered with 1500 olive trees. There is a large, beautiful garden and barbecue area as well as a private swimming pool. The pool measures 12x5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.4 metres. It is fenced off and has a changing room, WC and solar heated shower. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with dining area and a living room with a fireplace. It offers direct access to outside and there is also a bathroom with shower and access to a mezzanine with a double bedroom. There is a step up leading to a dining area, a kitchen and a laundry room. There is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds and a private bathroom with shower and bath. The pool is open from 1 May to 30 September. Not included in the rental price and to be paid locally are electricity (mandatory) which is payable based on consumption at a rate of 0.35 euros per kWh. Heating costs 4.15 euros per cubic metre and is also payable locally when applicable. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the property described, gardens and pool. The villa's owners occasionally occupy the first floor of the villa. However, when they are present, they do not use the garden or pool, which remain for guests' private use. The Neighborhood: Many of Tuscany's important cities such as Florence, Montecatini and Pisa are within easy drive of the villa and the nearest town with a variety of shops is just 1.5 kilometres away. Access to the villa is via a stretch of dirt road, which is in good condition. Montecatini Terme, which is famous for its thermal spas, is 22 kilometres away and there is a golf club approximately 15-20 kilometres away. Getting Around: A car is essential.
