Situated in Southbroom this Log Cabin House (in secure complex) overlooks the beautiful Umkobi Lagoon and is perfect for a family getaway. Just five minutes from the nearest beaches and golf course, this holiday home offers a quiet retreat with quick access to great outdoor activities. The home consists of three downstairs double rooms, two bathrooms (one en suite) and a twin room upstairs in the loft. Watch the swallows nest in the reeds of the exquisite Umkobi Lagoon during sunset from the deck - it’s the perfect spot for a quiet braai. The complex is well kept, quiet and peaceful to walk around. Guests also have access to the complex’s clean swimming pool as well as its braai area. We are available via email, (Hidden by Airbnb) and phone calls. Swimmers, surfers and fishermen enjoy the beauty and peace of Southbroom’s beautiful coastline - the Umkobi complex is close to Umkobi Beach, Granny’s Pool, as well as Main Beach. Tranquil Italian restaurant, Trattoria La Terrazzo, serves delicious cuisine and is just a five minute drive away. Beachy Riptide overlooks the main beach for a relaxed light meal. The Southbroom golf course and tennis club are also just five minutes away. For those looking to adventure a bit further, recommendations for a variety of different restaurants and driving services can be provided. Southbroom is safe for walking and cycling too. Cars can be parked close to beaches, even in high season. Cleaning during the guests’s stay can be organised if requested in advance.
