Coach house cottage

All ground floor; pale green walls throughout, creating a light and relaxing atmosphere. It was converted from old coach house and stable. Private parking for 1 car outside the cottage plus 1 other space in the spacious grounds. Guests have private sole use of west facing spacious garden; with paved and grass area and a summerhouse in which there is Garden furniture . There is also about an acre of grounds which all guests are welcome to use . Lyminster Court and the cottages are in two acres of grounds. We are in a conservation area in a small village. St. Mary's Magdalene church is few minutes walk and the lady vicar and parishioners are very friendly and welcoming. Arundel and Littlehampton railway stations are within 2 miles. There is parking at both stations. There is a bus stop a very short walk from the cottage, to Littlehampton, Arundel, Worthing and beyond. Coach House Cottage is a strictly no children cottage. (under 12 yrs. and no babies). No pets are allowed in the cottage or the 2 acres of grounds of Lyminster Court Not suitable for the disabled. There is a very large area of the grounds which is available for guests and children 12yrs and older to use if desired.
